Best way to use Amex MRCC

Hi
Got a new amex membership rewards card….I am a newbie and not an expert on how to best use it.
Heard people use it to add money to paytm / mobikwik / amazon wallet add / amazon gvs for 1000 × 4 transactions.
Can someone help on the best way to use it and earn bonus points?
Also I want to use it to pay the insurance premium with it, but saw tnc that it doesn’t five rewards on insurance, any other way I can pay for insurance and still earn points?

Add money to mobikwik and pay insurance from Amazon using Amex Blue Mobikwik card
U can add money in 1000×3+rest to get monthly 1K RP

Talk to their customer care and find out if there are any account specific offers on insurance payments
