I want to open one completly zero balance savings accounts for my mom without any annual charges or minimum balance maintanance. can someone plese suggest which bank account will be good.

If by Bob you mean Bob lite savings account, then it's not zero balance as it comes with Rupay Platinum dc that requires keeping a qab of 3000 to avoid annual charges

Try jio bank if it's just for regular use... But if you want to keep your savings investment etc... choose a proper bank
