Beware: Amazon is doing Fraud in a new way

I ordered a product and they intentionally delivered a faulty product. Requested replacement and now they are having issues with barcode to scan for replacement. Assured by Amazon representative that they will deliver the product in today’s date but just now they changed the status returning to seller.

It was my first order in GIF sale which comprises of all the offers. Now they are saying we can refund the amount deducting offer amount. Moreover, I won’t be able to use the offer again as it is one time use only. Felling cheated by Amazon.

Any suggestions how I should go about it? Please help me escalating by sharing the below tweet.
