I am trying since yesterday , not getting OTP on my email ! Mobile Number lost Wallet !
Same issue faced by anyone ?
So I have contacted Freecharge received reply as follows :
We understand that you are unable to receive OTP while logging into FreeCharge.
OTP during logging into FreeCharge is only sent to registered mobile number. Please check your registered mobile number for the SMS with OTP.
You may also opt for Call Me option and an automated call to your registered mobile number will provide you with the OTP.
Let us know if you need more help.

I have n numbers of fc accounts with wallet amt… looks like tomorrow I have to buy Amazon gvs..
If you have mobile numbers active then only you can buy it as otp rules changed by freecharge !
