Tata Docomo has deducted Rs 23 even after recharging for Rs 35. I have raised the complaint to Tata Docomo and appellate officer. Customer care simply refused to help and appellate officer didn’t bother to reply. Where I can complain further?
I am thinking how much Tata Docomo would be earning by this malpractice since hardly few users complain as it is just matter of Rs 23.

Service validity recharges will never be in the Q. Each recharge will starts counting day 1 from the very first date of recharge, by forgetting its previous leftover validity.

May be you have recharged 35 pack during 2nd day of initial grace period (i.e after disconnecting outgoing service)
Do 23 or 35 rs pack on very first day of initial service validity period expiry. Else only do regular topups, by which they can deduct 23 regularly.

I was into some 10-15 days of Rs23 plan which was auto deducted and one day while testing a coupon on paytm I do not know what I did but it did not ask for coupon and recharge done from Balance for Rs35. As of now My 23 plan not yet finsihed and validity shows another 28 days from the existing plan last date.

brutal….i remember 3 years back i recharged docomo with 35 rs and still no tt received…but when i checked today it was a data plan with 300 mb 2g data .so beware docomo might be giving u 300mb 2g data if its a sim of atleast 3 year old

bhul ja bhai 35 rs ke recharge ke liye bawaal macha diya
so much fuss for 35 rs recharge
one of my no. had 44 balnace but now it dissappeard somewhere
other not taking any rechrges

If you can see properly, the impact is much more than 23/35 rupees. It’s not just the money but the attitude needs to be addressed imo.

PS: Feel free to ignore any such cases in future.

Inspite of being a Tata company, this is the most unethical company I have come across, i had 2 broad band connections, i closes them in November 2018, paying all dues, with confirmation on email.
In march 2019 they start generating bills again for closed connections, i have written multiple mails to all email ids on their site, they have even sold this information to soft recovery agency, they occasionally mail me separately for payment of bills, and give an automated call once a day

Tata docomo was better than others before,
but since takeover of this company by CHORTEL it became what it is expected to.

Tata docomo is now CHORTEL.

Any one knows how to port out of docomo when validity period of sim is over as i have not done smart recharge of 23 for last one month.i am not able to send port message , any other way out.
