I purchased 5 data vouchers of 1GB on 25-Mar, 20-Apr, 02-June, 14-June and redeemed one on 01-May.
After that, there should be 3 vouchers.
But, I recently observed only 2 vouchers in my account
Contacted CC. On 1 side, they accept that the voucher have validity of 90 days & on other end, it was expired on 01-May.
tldr : Silently removed the valid voucher from my account and now, justifying their wrongdoing by defying the basic math rules.
p.s. – I know losing 1GB voucher is not a major issue. But, if they can justify their wrongdoing, they can do anything, remove our balance/plan/voucher, just anything. [I have more than 600 main balance & 2-3 upcoming plans. ]

Never happened with me in Jio ..
afaik Jio is far much better than Idea vodafone as they are pure cheaters and looters . nowadays vodafone is also deducting balance illegally .
i prefer Jio and Airtel always
Never happened with me in the past, but, things have changed since last 2 qtrs.
Reliance was infamous for these things at the time of CDMA (abt 10-15 yrs back).
When did u contact them?
25 mar voucher would hv expired on 23rd june
Were all these vouchers were shown together or differently?
On may 1 how u selected specifically 20th april vc, if it was selected by jio out of 2 available then they surely messing things
All the vouchers of same denominations are shown together. You can’t select a particular voucher. You click on redeem and vouchers are redeemed on FIFO (First In First Out) method. So, 25-march voucher should have been redeemed on 01-May.
Lesson – Vouchers of same denomination won’t get redeemed in order they are credited!
Similar issue happened with me also… data amounting to 5 (2+2+1) GB lost.
When asked for clarification, the senior executive said they won’t be able to check details of the additional data vouchers in question (but assured me they take feedback)… When I tried to explain credit/redeem sequence… after hearing a few he interrupted and said ×how are you knowing that the same particular voucher is redeemed?× I asked, isn’t it like 1st credited get redeemed first? He didn’t confirmed anything…
I was like– OK, fine… it is just ₹ 10-12 and let it go.

Talking with any CC is waste of time (some exceptions r thr). Thy talk rubbish (no logic) on phone. Even I don’t register complain on every issue but, whenever I register, I do proper follow-ups, escalation, etc.
Most telecoms have terrible Customer service…..Idea voda try to make money via deducting any balance you have without any reason these days.

Jio is no different, all telecos are looters with their hidden conditions.
All telecos are looters, true. But, CC of any other service provider can’t write such things on mail (Content for case in Consumer forum). I have series of mails with them and they hv written such things openly. It’s overconfidence, it may be bcz of series of funding.
Yes. There is some problem with the order of redeeming the coupon from jio end.
Pls refer the image, there is two 2 gb vouchers purchased, one has been redeemed. Still the 90 days validity of the 2nd voucher was not yet crossed. But the voucher has been disappeared.
So, they are redeeming the voucher in LIFO (Last in First out) method.
It shud be FIFO. Even CC has confirmed in the mail that next voucher dt April-20 was redeemed.
Till now found any solution for this problem??? I have lost my 3,5gb vouchers now 
before expiry and not claimed them 
.what to do anyone pls help 
Lesson Learnt -
Never become a fan of anything.
No one is your own whether is jio or airtel.
Today Its Amazon, Tomorrow It will be Aarey (Hypothetical Company)
Companies are bound to come and go.

Don’t keep main balance , my number having 1600/- balance was deactivated automatically !
