I am trying to get BH series registration for new bike in karnataka but non of the dealers are ready for that saying RTO is not approving applications. Despite Karnataka high court order it is deliberately not being implemented.
Anyone who managed to get BH series registration.
Any place to raise a complaint against such practise.

Why you want to go for the BH series? Very High Road Tax Rate!
Anyways you get 1 Year in another state to roam without RTO transfer requirement.

In Karnataka Road tax is 12% with BH series it is 10%. You will not have to pay 15 years tax upfront

I took BH series , only paid 21k for 2 yr compared to 1.5 lakh which I would have paid had I opted for state specific registration.

In bangalore rto guys aren't allowing for private employees
