Bharat Gas Mobile No. Change - How To?

Hi All,
I need to get my mom’s registered phone number changed on Bharat Gas in Delhi. I found one can submit an application either via their app or in person. Doesn’t anyone know how long does it take to get processed? Charges?
Please share your experience if you’ve got it done.

Yes website is correct. Mobile app also is there for changing Mobile number, attached snapshots for the same

You have to visit your bharatgas dealer for number change. I placed changed request on app almost 6 months ago, nothing happened, later CC told that we have to visit dealer for change

I think it’s free.I did it online few years back.Don’t remember exact time but was done in a reasonable time
