big basket account block

Recently there was an offer of 100rs coupon in bigbasket.. got code from multiple accounts and used it for order, now they have blocked accounts for using it multiple times for same location order. Called cc, they asked to mail.. mailed, they're saying as I've violated their policy they can't re activate it. Any other way I can try? Anyone has experience of the same?

It was that game coupon. I have used multiple cred 150 off coupons also but no issues with that. Game bug coupon of placing COD order and cancelling it after getting coupon might have got the account blocked.

Afaik, BigBasket will not reactivated an account once blocked (on policy violation basis), but BB wallet balance (if any), can be utilised by temporary reactivation of the account, 3-5 days, by sending an email request to the CC & submitting ID proof document.

Ok then.. I have no issue in not having a bb account. Just wanted to keep for bugs and offers. That's it.
