My big basket account got inactive today, reason they are giving due to commercial use. Anyone faced same issue in past please give advice what can i do?
Bigbasket doesnt unblock account easily, if your case is genuine then can approach the consumer forum.
Can also try contacting woohoo since they issue bigbasket gvs or the site from which the gv was purchased

It has to do something with delivery persons im 99% sure ,Bb delivery guys in my area are chill af they dont even call me as they know where from the past two years even if i order from various accounts as they have a tempo they have no issues, But one guy in Grofers in which i used to order 1.5k plus because of bank offers used to go around the entire area prob to deliver 3-4 people at once with just his scotty and he used to get pissed that i used to order that high amount at once and told me to order in parts because they get same comissions on every order and banned my account out of pure spite telling the same as commerical use, such retarted people who only care about themselves.I lost some 200+ and had yearly membership too.

Bb customer care is very good unlike grofers try to talk your way out of it.At the very least get your money out.Try live chat first if it doesnt work try to search grievance officers email or ask to connect to higher officers only they can help out.
