You can use SBI fbb credit card to get 2.5% value back( in terms of reward points)

Also if Amazon pantry available at your location , you may drop the idea of buying from big bazaar….depends on your monthly expenses, and items to buy

Not really. Amazon overprices everything. You barely get the products at market price even with 15% CB. Only extra CB is the saving grace for Amazon Pantry.
I have saved way more at BB (with just one Profit Club Card) than Amazon Pantry in the last year due to various offers.

Amazon is good with extra 15% cashback…and also big bazar used to be. Chepaer…but now they have high rates..just compare the price of atta maggi

True, but I don’t agree with “extra” 15% CB on Amazon. You get the products at market rate with just that CB, nothing extra about it.
Also, you don’t just go to buy atta or maggi in BB.

See the profit club and complicated schemes at BB are the brainchild of Devdutt Pattnaik.

Yes years back he was hired by BB and used to strategize as a Chief Belief officer.

So you see rewards, you see offers, you see free cash, you see discounts. But you don’t see public.

The public is at Dmart stores because they chucked away all complication giving direct discounts so its easy and quicker at check out.

So basically even you local kirana store is now competitive. Analyze your buying pattern and find more ways before renewing your profit club card.

I didn’t but still getting a lot of offers.

Everything at BB is at MRP here, so not much of a deal even if they give extra 20-30%
I prefer bigbasket than this, create a new account and easily get 40-45% benefit
Secondly , BB is quite far (12 kms or so) from my place, so that reduces its usability for me

I have spent just around 14k for over 30k of groceries this year at Big Bazaar. And there were plenty of half price items and other stuff. Definitely saved a lot. But these days since they removed additional CB, the offers are not that good and I’m looking to spend less there.
Even Big Bazaar nearest to me is like 10km away. I shop whenever I have to meet up with friends anyway or if I am coming in that route and so its not such a drag for me. I don’t specifically go to just shop at Big Bazaar usually.
No BigBasket even in all the pincodes of metros.

Dmart is good for packaged food and junk foods.
But kitchen groceries quality is horrible at DMart. And DMart is even more difficult to find than Big Bazaar.

My suggestion is don’t stick to anyone, we use Metro cash and carry, Groffers, Amazon, doodhwala, star etc. Whenever getting offers whether it’s online or off line
