Its really pathetic with their process, first they have to change the process of creating order before payment and converting to COD order if any issue with payments.

Yes. However, you can pay online for COD order too. you will have an option to make payment for COD order in order email.

Why do you want to pay higher amount and buy from here, we are buying stuff from BB because of offers from ICICI 25% discount. Otherwise I can verify and buy locally.

I am buying from BB for last couple of years. And always the listed price in BB less than 20% discount/cashback.

For us we will always get lesser than BB price locally. If we go to fruit market much more cheaper than BB.

Yes. It is costly. I do not buy vegetables or fruits in BB.

I usually buy branded items only which is cheaper in BB after discount/cashback.

There is one more change that I observed – Earlier, one could combine standard and express shipping items and opt for a single standard delivery (so one payment of 30/-). Now, express items are charged 30/- and standard items are charged a separate 50/- delivery fee, making total of 80/- for the combined order with no way to choose single time slot for both of them. BB, you better pull your socks up. I shouldn’t have loaded 2.5k with my citi card a few days back. I never did earlier, only this time, I was tempted to load that much and now grofers has best prices for everything and transparent delivery charges etc. Grofers has infact announced lowest price challenge as well.
