I paid my electricity bill on 28th of November via amazon pay on NIKI But it is still showing pending at operator. I have contacted them via app and Gmail but they haven’t replied yet What should I do now

Whoever is reading this, don’t use Niki for bill payment with 2-3 days left for due date. Better use Amazon.

Maximum it’ll take 3 working days , don’t use Niki for bill payments which are near to due date . I paid 75 rs late payment fee for 3 electricity bills because of niki. From that i won’t use niki for bill payments which are near to due date. Use amazon they’ll settle bill maximum instantly.
