रिलायंस कम्पनी 10-10 करोड़ की 3 खेपों मे ये जियो सेट भारतियों को 1500 -1500 रुपयो मे इस्तेमाल करने के लिये देगी , बेचेगी नही !!! अब जब बिक्री नही तो 28% जीएसटी भी नही !!!
मतलब 10 करोड़ सेट की एक खेप मे 1500 रुपये प्रति सेट पर 28% के टैक्स के हिसाब से देश को 4200 करोड़ रुपयों के टैक्स का चूना !!! कुल तीनो खेप मिलाकर 12600 करोड़ रुपयों के टैक्स का चूना देश को सरकारी संरक्षण मे और सरकार किसकी ? भईया सरकार तो है कथित रूप से ईमानदार एवं देशभक्त संघ-भाजपा की !!!
उच्च स्तरीय भृष्टाचार की ये सीधी सीधी गणित है जो सभी को समझ मे आ ही गई होगी !!! लेकिन अब कोई मुझसे ये मत पूंछना की इन 12 हजार 6 सौ करोड़ मे से कितना कितना हिस्सा किसकी पॉकेट मे जायेगा , क्योंकि ये गणित अति-गोपनीय है !!!
बाकी देशवासियों से भाजपा सरकार की यही अपील है कि चीन के बने हुए सामान का बहिष्कार कर देशभक्त बने, सभी देशवासी समय से अपना पूरा टैक्स जरूर जमा कर दें ताकि मोदी-भाजपा सरकार इसीतरह से धन्नासेठों को टैक्स बचाने के रास्ते देते हुए देश का देशभक्ति की भावना के साथ विकास कर सके !!

GST नहीं लगेगा ये बात कन्फर्म है , और 3 साल तक ये मोबाइल चलेगा नहीं , 1500 मोबाइल की सिक्यूरिटी है , जिओ वाले 3 साल बाद वापिस करेंगे , अगर मोबाइल वापिस दोगे सही कंडीशन मैं तो , 3 साल तक कोई मोबाइल चलता भी है आजकल , वही रिचार्ज करवाना है जो अब हम जिओ मैं करवा रहे है , फिर 1500 से 5 महीने तक रिचार्ज करवाओ , आजकल वैसे भी कोन लेता है सिंपल फोन को , whatsapp ,hotspot तो है नहीं उसमे
सही बात है, अगर ₹1500 का फोन 3 साल तक सही कंडिशन में रखना है तो उससे तिजोरी में संभाल कर रखना होगा, यूज़ नहीं कर सकते आप| तो असल में न ही फोन वापस किए जा सकेंगे और न ही जीओ को किसी के पैसे लौटाने पड़ेंगे| यह JIO-BJP का TAX घोटाला ही है पर भक्ति युग में भगवान् मोदी का घोटाला किसे नज़र आएगा?!

Reallity is Delhi Government (kejiwal) paying 1252 crore electricity expense (in from of subsidy) to Reliance power every month….. just for votes giving subsidy and give Delhi public TAX money to Reliance from last 2.5 years.

Fact fact chillane se fact nahi ho jaata, fact needs to be established with proofs / sources. Aapke fact bol dene se kuch nahi hota.
1 – Reliance is neither purchasing the phone nor selling it, now correct ur fact. Jio is only partnering with these Chinese companies to avail (not lease) these phones not buying them, the phones will be given directly to the customers so NO GST No tax, nowhere.
2 – Gyani ji Reliance has no interest in selling and earning by the sales of these phones. Ab gyan le lo, Reliance started with 4G, only no 2G no 3G. So that limits reliance’s reach to certain customer base only and reliance was unable to compete with other operators in the low end phone user segment.
Now with this cheap phone reliance is targeting the huge customer base WITH NO COST TO IT + Zero GST helps Reliance keeps the phone price to its cheapest.

1. Do you even realize what your first point is? I guess not!
‘Partnering’ means Reliance IS importing the phones. So they’ll pay custom applicable whatever the amount. Nahi toh kya phone hawa se hi direct customer ke paas pahuch jayega direct China se?
If not, provide documentation or proof that Reliance is not importing. And even if Reliance doesn’t import and some other company imports, that company will be paying import taxes. Tax toh mil hi jayega CBEC ko, kahi se bhi!!
2. When the mistake of 28% to 12% was caught, try to accept that mistake instead of getting defensive on it, and accept that the message might have been overblown out of proportions, and its better to check actual facts.
3. Not everything in the country has tax on it. There are several people & businesses who are doing similar business since years. You might have probably never heard about it. An example to start is reading about security deposits taken by telecom companies while providing postpaid mobile connections, or by electricity companies while giving electricity connections. Start from there.
4. The amount of Rs. 1500, will after all be refunded to customer. So it might be marked as liability and Reliance might not have to pay gst on it. MAYBE. But in case Reliance doesn’t return the money after 3 years, for any reason like customer doesn’t return the device or the device isn’t working, whatever, then the amount will be counted in Jio’s turnover and income, whatever it will be.
5. Meanwhile, for 3 years, on that amount of Rs. 1500, reliance will be earning interest, rather they’ll invest it somewhere, and any income from that will attract appropriate income tax.
I don’t care which political party you support or hate, that all is fine. Everybody can have her/his opinions. But it’ll be really in your interest only if you raise your understanding above RaGa’s levels.
