BOB application under process for more than 2 weeks

I completed my video KYC of BOB application along with doc uploads. Received an email from documents team to share ITR and AC statement. It is more than 10 days I shared the docs but no update from them. Document team not responding to emails.
Application status showing "under process". What should I do?
Please do share your experiences for such case.

Applied on card to card basis with a cibil score of 773
It was pending for like 10 days and then suddenly while checking manually found
It was rejected due to the bank's internal policy
