BOB CC without vKYC possible?
I heard some dimers mention BOB cards can be issued without Vkyc (verification done via Penny Drop), is that true?

I havent gone Vkyc but other are most
1st they Cibil
2nd Ask PDF of Salary Slip
3rd Office Visit
4th Home Visit
5th Phone Verification
and Final 40 days they rejected saying your area not qualified

Yes, They fetch kyc from ckyc servers in that case. But if your details are not available/inconsistent in ckyc then vkyc is mandatory. Still better to do vkyc to be sure.
