I applied for BOB ETERNA CARD for 3.75% wallet loading in dhani/paytm etc but when I trying to video KYC no OTP is coming. Anybody facing same issue?

I’ve looked at your website before it’s exactly the info I need ie how much percentage cashback I’m gonna get adjusted against all factors like redemption value and renewal fees.
One thing I wanna add is try to update the info if possible like in Amex plat travel redemption value has changed.
