BOB or Flipkart cheating?

Recently I purchased a phone worth ₹13000 from Flipkart using BOB Select CC. It had instant discount of ₹1500 which I got. But the RPs on BOB Select card should be 5X per ₹100 spent for any online shopping category. Instead it gave only 130 RPs instead of 650 RPs.
In the statement, the merchant name is Paytm_FlipkartInternet BANGALORE IN.
So how do I go about it fighting for the correct RPs? Do I contact BOB Financial or Flipkart? Does BOB now have a rule like SBI cards that if instant discount is given, Reward Points won't be given?
How to find out MCC code for Paytm_FlipkartInternet BANGALORE IN ?
I sent an email to [email protected]. Any other suggestions?

I wonder if BOB Snapdeal card also has cashback issue due to this or they broke it only for Select on Visa.First contact BoB

Why would you contact flipkart about points for your bob card? Flipkart has no responsibility here.
Right that's what I thought. That's what BOB is likely to pass the blame on (that Flipkart changed the MCC, it's not our problem) but RBI ka danda padega to BOB line pe aa jayenge.
Anyway Snapdeal is also affected as you can see.

write email to BoB, response is better than Axis at least

I have replied back again asking for MCC as that's the only way to know if Flipkart and Snapdeal both used the wrong MCC (which I highly doubt). This is typical PSU cheating and washing their hands off the matter entirely. RBI ka danda padega. Flipkart and Snapdeal ko National Consumer Helpline ka danda padega if they used the wrong MCC for mobile phone and charging cable respectivelywrite email to BoB, response is better than Axis at least

I guess we need tougher ecommerce laws. Flipkart is the one who is responsible, don't you think?

Yes. The payment screens should display the MCC and description.
