With reference to the Virtual Debit card charges, since, there are NO charges for generation of virtual debit card through bob World App, we have taken up with concern team for reversal of the same at the earliest.
We regret the inconvenience caused in the matter.
Please note: Issuance charges will only be applicable to those Virtual Debit Cards for which you have entered request to convert Virtual to Physical Debit Card.
PS: I’ve issued only 1 card and had asked for reversal for same, but from the reply it seems charges will be reversed for all (but again this needs to be confirmed by dimers who have generated >1
Share your concern to above email with below details and screenshot of bob world which has your account number and showing zero issuance charge for fast reply.

Abhi tak to mera virtual ka to kuch ni kata, I generated only 1 vc in August
But 10s of them in September

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please refer the attached circular no. HO/BR/112/308 dated 17.07.2020, Sub: Revision & Introduction in Debit Card Service charges , wherein Issuance fees for Platinum Variants of Debit Cards is revised to Rs. 250+GST w.e.f 20.07.2020 i.e all new RuPay/Visa/MasterCard platinum debit cards variants issued from 20.07.2020 will be levied with issuance charge ie. Rs 250+GST
Due to some technical issues , issuance charges for platinum variants were not processed at CBS end. The issues has been resolved and charges are now live at CBS end. Kindly guide customer accordingly.

Escalate krna padega kahi or, complaint resolve kr de rahe same reply de kar “blah blah we will process refund blah blah”
I also received today, had sent multiple reminders to debit card team (who than sent to my local branch) – then I’d sent reminders to both 🤣 but still nothing came back
Then I raised complaint on RBI portal https://cms.rbi.org.in/cms/indexpag...ml on 15 Nov and received email with this complaint no + explicit image stating my account balance and last entry where 295 got credited
