In bob world application getting error card details not available for this customer, even i have active debit card. registered complain but no resolution
Any one facing similar issue?

were you able to fix this ? i raised 2 complaints -
for card not showing and for virtual card not generating. they closed both stating send details to some debitcard@bob email is . dont remember which id..
how do we fix this ?

how many virtual cards you applied before getting this error ?? This error come after certain number of virtual cards generated

Ive the same issue. Called cc, they said raise complaint. I did that too. No resolution yet.
I could see the card in netbanking. But not in bob world.
Also, im unable to create new rupay platinum virtual card. It says card already available.
Not sure wats wrong
