Bonus miles for SmartBuy vouchers not credited

Hi all
Just received my credit card bill for November, but the bonus miles for SmartBuy vouchers haven’t been credited. I am using diners black card.
Earlier they used to be credited in the same cycle, do i need to wait 90 days now?

Yes i meant reward points. Bought 5k voucher, but received only base reward points,
