Bookkosh Site is Reliable or not?

never heard abt this Bookkosh site, price are also less

Yes, I ordered couple of books IKIGAI & Alchemist from them I preferred COD because this was my first purchase from them, I got order after 6 days, the book quality was good.

I brought Harry Potter full series set from bookkosh.com
Pages are not in order,printing cutting from edges, pages coming out … book is definitely counterfeit
Sent them email.. still waiting to here back from them.
What else i can do about this to get my return back?

Bookkosh is the most pathetic website to order books with the world’s most shittiest support team!
I would rather buy the same book at thrice the price from my enemy than to buy from Bookkosh.com.

Trust me on this! I ordered Harry Potter Bookset from Bookkosh as it was cheap and wanted to support the Indian site to purchase. Turns out it was the most stupid decision of my life!!

Out of 7 books 4 were damaged beyond repair, they had hard glue sticking out on the cover. I can even send you guys pictures!

I contacted their support id for replacement within the same day of receiving their trashy and cheap books, as I felt cheated. They didn’t reply me for 2 weeks!

I got frustrated so I filed a complaint on national consumer forum. It took a while and a lot of emails but after they got thrashed by the consumer forum people, they said they will refund me for the books, if I parcel it back to them!

I did that and the consumer forum ticket got closed.

It’s been 2 days since they have received the delivery of the bookset and they haven’t refunded my money yet! I will lodge a complaint again. Won’t let those cheaters cheat on me.
