BPCL LPG - Add biller issue ?!

I had been trying to book LPG gas cylinder thru Gpay (+ Axis Ace) last month; had added BPCL as a biller earlier.

But then I unlinked the biller (to refresh) & since then can't add the biller in GPay. I raised it to GPay customer support but no resolution.

Few days back, I tried adding BPCL in Ola bill payment & Payzapp payment, but all failed. Seems to be an issue with BPCL (or Bharat billpay system).

Anyone else faced this issue?
