Has anyone successfully redeemed smart drive wallet amount which was added via corporate voucher in bpcl petrol pump successfully?
Today I tried. I gave my mobile number as input and got a OTP, but failed in pos machine saying account blocked or inactive account Message.
In POS, they chose option as Loyalty OTP. Is this correct?

Received update from CC. Looks like many accounts are blocked due to technical glitch and it will be resolved within 4 to 5 days.

I found the step to redeem.
IRIS App -> ALP -> Loyalty Operations -> Sale -> Loyalty OTP.
Problem is I think my account is blocked. Need to unblock first.
