Bsnl 49 recharge will add validity after 74 plan expired

Can we do other recharge like 49 with 28 days validity or 19 (it works in airtel atleast) without doing 74/94 recharge… 74 and 94 are call validity extension which was earlier required on top of any other pack.. Is that still required or we can do 19/49 recharge after validity of 74 plan is expired.. Please help

For me it does require a validity plan(75/74) for retaining balance. If no unlimited plan is active.
I tried top up with no plan but it failed.so i guess not possible. But no harm in trying once🥰

You tried on bsnl portal? Or other third party like Amazon gpay?

Use 365 plan for 365 days validity
