They won’t help. They will tell to visit exchange.
@ritikjain56 I think it’s for new user only or new broadband user atleast. Anyway what’s the error are you getting? “Order subtype not allowed” something like that?

I am getting that error while activating 491rs plan(120gb for 30 days).

I am also getting the same error while activating the 777rs 500gb plan from 300gb plan. I already tried contacting the customer care but when I asked about plan changing they ended the call 😡

Its a trial pack for 1 month. After which they move you to Rs 350 2GB/day pack. Its a scheme by BSNL to add new broadband users as after a month when you get shifted to the useless 2GB/day plan you will have to go to the telephone exchange to get broadband deactivated.
