Auto Validity Extension
For Active Plans :
Rs.2 will be deducted from main balance on the first day of GP-I and the connection will be reverted in active state for 3 days in the same active plan without any freebies. However, the automatic validity extension scheme for customers having balance more than or equal to “Plan voucher” amount, Plan voucher amount will be deducted and the customer will be reverted back to active in the same active plan with applicable freebies, without PRBT facility.
For Closed Plans:
(a) For customers of the closed plans having balance more than Plan voucher amount of “Corporate per minute” plan - The Plan voucher amount will be deducted on the first day of GP-1 and the customer will be reverted back to active state in “Corporate Per minute” plan, without PRBT.
(b) For customers of the closed plans having balance, Rs.2/- or more but less than plan voucher amount of “Corporate per minute “plan - Rs.2 will be deducted from main balance on the first day of GP-I and the connection will be reverted in active state for 3 days in the “Corporate Per Minute” plan without any freebies.

Yeah.. noticed no deduction on 1st day of GP1 but deducted ₹2/3 on 2nd day of GP2.. !

My plan is ₹96 but maintaining main balance below that value.. so that it wont deduct full plan value.. ! Its getting extended by 3 days with a deduction of ₹2-3 but this time they stopped deduction for 1 day and made inactive even though having balance.. ! Don’t know whether they continue it or not.

If user has lesser balance than the actual plan cost.. then the bsnl will extends its validity by every 3 days by deducting ₹2/3 from main balance. If user have enough balance then the actual plan will be activated by deducting the full plan value.
