Unable to recharge on my bank prepaid number using main balance via ussd or SMS to 123 from yesterday.And call’s not connecting to customer care on 1503 while it used to be connected instantly previously..
Any effective solution?
My pack got expired and I need to recharge asap and have enough TT Balance.

When your active plan gets expired and balance equal to the expired plan is already present, then BSNL automatically activates the same plan. Atleast, this is what happens in BSNL Karnataka. And you try to activate plan through bsnl app (I don’t know whether payment by balance facility is there or no). Annual plan of sim is valid till May, 21.

I meant current tariff Plan gets activated automatically if balance available

Mention clearly.. which plan u r unable to recharge from balance. So that you will get a valid response soon.
FYI Recently BSNL has withdrawn many packs.. check once.
