Since 1st April BSNL is deducting daily rs2 to extend the validity. Earlier it used to be rs for 4 days

I did not understand how it is 30 per month.

Yes daily ₹2 for extending validity for 1 day😣 and next day becomes inactive. So monthly deduction has become ₹30 (for 15 days with outgoing and 15 days without outgoing)
