[Resolved] BSNL SelfCare not recognising my number!

Recently ported to BSNL from Vi. Call/Data/SMS all started working. But BSNL SelfCare app says to link BSNL number.
Anyone faced same issue? Need solution for the same.

Not sure about this . As I don’t use bsnl app.. anyway will check and update here..
App is new or updated in September October itself.
Try once to register via the site.
It might work.

Then where do you check ur Balance/pack details/validity/remaining data etc. etc.
Wait for few days. I did the same and couldn’t add for the initial few days .Later it worked.

Does anybody able to transfer mail bal from one bsnl to another by using any method now?
How recent? I ported from Vi couple of months ago, working fine for me

I had the same use case as per urs.
106 RC = 84 days validity/100 mins calling to any network/No outgoing SMS (U can use main balance for sending sms)/ 3GB data
397 RC = 300 days validity/60 days UL calling/100SMS per day for 60 days/2GB per day data for 60 days.

I have ported from Airtel to BSNL in order to optimize on my secondary sim maintainance. I am facing the same issue. Selfcare is not detecting my number.
Do I just need to wait? The thing is I could not check my validity with USSD code also. However incoming call is open in this number.

Government should either shut down BSNL or privatize it. Bsnl employees are just taking salary.
