Recently ported to bsnl but its been mixed exp.

Took 4 days for porting and local shop charged rs249 frc+50 for sim.

Not sure if i am scammed for extra charges. Pls share your exp

Since bsnl is govt ,expected good towers while travelling but its low and high only in metro cities /open spaces shows 4g and 3g 2g in rural.

Bsnl self care registered with now ported no says to register with bsnl no within app to show plan benefits

Didnt expect govt made so much revolution for digjtal space and jio but not their own bsnl app.

We need govt jobs but use private services

Government should not be in the service sector.

Government servants won't work

New landline connection needs 5 years waiting time in 90s

Nowadays for a new EB connection we need to wait 1 month for meter availability.

Nowadays even for sewage cleaning we need to wait unlimited days from the corporation and need to give at least Rs.1000 as bribe.

We need to give Rs.100 for BSNL employees to repair the landline even now.

For bank accounts you didn't get any service properly for psu banks

every place has diff network , so check network speed first on some friends holding bsnl sim at your area , the coefficet is company quality x network quality x loads of subscriber in your area

check wisely before porting else u will be stuck with them for month

, as everyone is on 4G , 3G is with little inteference and offer better speed
