As the delivery person was not ready to accept my old machine on exchange, i cancelled my order on 21.06.2020.but till date i have not received my refund. I have ordered one whirlpool 7 kg semi automatic washing machine through flipkart from ramthralla retail Order ID – OD119190835054882000 and it was accepted to be delivered on 27th july 2020 but yet not delivered, issue raised on flipkart. Pl clarify with the issue occurred.

I ordered a washing machine from here. And the product had some issues and I have been waiting for 15 days now and Flipkart only says they will try to replace it.

I bought Samsung 49 inches smart tv last week for 39K during Flipkart sale.While ordering only 5 pieces were left.When only the last piece was available price was hiked to 74k.They have said it would be delivered by 24th July and installation would be done by 28th July.But the cost of the same model tv in other websites is above 60k.How come is he able to give at such a low cost.Reading the above reviews i doubt his integrity and thinking of cancelling the order.Please guide me if any of you have faced such issues.

I ordered MARQ 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine on 7th August 2020. Very poor service or I would correct it to “the worst” seller on flipkart’s platform.
I requested for a reschedule of delivery and without any information as well my concern they cancelled my order on 20th August 2020.
It was an advance paid order.
1.Took my money for so many days,
2.sold it to a third party,
3.cancelled my order,
4.earned interest on my money &
5.returns my money after so many days.

Guys..be very careful when dealing with flkrt n this seller

Flipkarts customer service sucks..their main email id bounces..their agents disconnect the calls..or they just read from the app..
Amazon is much better…

I have ordered LG washing machine fully automatic top load, same delivered but it not fully automatic there is no dryer function only washing n spin available. I tried twice for refund but flip kart rejecting with reason seller rejected item return n refund. Suggestion Pls buy from retail shop.

My god….. I created this thread to check the genuineness of this seller, astonished to see so many people getting duped like that. Kudos to those few people who received the product perfectly fine. They took a great risk. Others are still waiting for refunds.

Yesterday i had order for MARQ by flipkart 7kgs Fully automatic Front Load
washing machine, i got discount on exchange of old machine, but the delivery guy who had came for checking, has no clue at all about the washing machine started to demand rs 2550, for delivery as my machine was not meeting the check point he had not even plugged the wire in outlet, and asked for money immediately,,such a poor response
