Can someone suggest cheap and best setup for CCTV to monitor my home hallway .
I have wifi router at my home ..
need to access / record that camera via PC / mobile / net etc .

for live feed you can use standalone IP camera (can monitor anytime if you have static IP from your ISP), for recording you have to take subscription on cloud storage.
OR
you can also use second hand DVR (4 channel), Power Supply with Camera from OLX, Quiker in your city..
