Hi,
A laptop was purchased by my friend from some seller in the last sale from Amazon via his business account. There is some issue with the keyboard. Unfortunately only self return option is there. Amazon is saying that they will payback the courier charges. The seller told him that it should reach him intact otherwise he would deny refund. Customer care is not able to start return by their company. What is the escalation email of Amazon business account?

Self return the item and send the courier slip to [email protected] and once the item mark as delivered contact cs and they will initiate refund of products and courier charges too.
As per as i know Amazon won’t take the responsibility for that " courier is all responsible for that" just pack it in safe condition and once it delivered they won’t check damage/defective ( they don’t receive that update) they need the product mark as delivered and refund will be issued.
Seems Seller Fulfilled item, hence self return and nothing much can be done in such cases even by escalation team as per policy…
