Before purchasing from this website, I thoroughly read reviews on Reddit, Google reviews, Desidime and other sites including Amazon too (Merchant is also selling other gift cards on Amazon). I found 99% positive reviews, except for a few complaints that the merchant delivers close to the ETA.

I took a risk and made the purchase of Rs100 RuPay gift card on August 19, 2024.

I received an email - 'Delivery time for PrePaid Digital Code - You will get it as per ETA. We will try to do it ASAP. Please don't call or WhatsApp to expedite it as we are working with limited resources.'

ETA date - 26/08/2024.

RuPay gift card not delivered on 26th Aug, i messaged them on whatsapp on the evening of 26th Aug >> shared all details.

The next day early mrng approx 6 am (27th Aug), I received a reply: 'We will send it today, we are aware of this.'

That same evening, I messaged them again, saying the code was not delivered. Their reply: 'Yes, there is a server issue, we will resolve it by the first half of tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.'"

28th Aug, i ask again - reply received: i have update for you, it will resolve by 4pm tomorrow, if you cannot wait, we can refund. I replied - ok i will wait.

On 30th Aug, I asked again - my gift card was not delivered yesterday. They replied asking for the order ID again. I shared the order ID. Merchant reply: "they (gift card company) have resolved issue. as per last update, let me do quick follow up. It's new product in market (INDIA), hence taking time". (Which they honestly said, this company has newly entered India).

Then it was Saturday and Sunday in between, so I thought I would ask on Monday

2nd Sept (evng), they reply: "i got update . . you will get code tomorrow"

4th Sept (mrng), i ask again gv not delivered, they reply: "let me check now. Gv portal is down have raised ticket. if they dnt close by tomorrow. We will refund it. There is no point for holding your money" (They were telling the truth, at that time the RuPay gift card company's portal was down).

5th Sept (evng), i asked any updated, reply: its up just now. we will process shortly.

6th Sept (mrng), i asked again any updated, reply: its loaded you will get email in few hours

7th Sept (mrng), ask again, reply received: it was done processed. you will get code directly from them any time.

9th Sept (mrng), they msg me and ask my DOB, they also shared gv companies online forum screenshot where DOB mention. I shared my DOB and instantly GV delivered (SMS received).

They said the processing failed because the DOB was not provided.

Now, on September 9, 2024, I took a risk again and bought a RuPay gift card worth Rs5000 -

ETA date - 17/09/2024.

17th Sept (evng), i message them on whatsapp, reply received: will process tomorrow

18th Sept (evng), reply received: in process, it will get it close tomorrow (i also remind them this time dnt forget to enter my DOB)

19th Sept (evng), i ask again but msg not seen

20th Sept (mrng), i ask again, reply: yeah, asked them to process, they will do today for sure.

Same day evng they told me: request processed successfully and sent to distrubutor approval. we are waiting for final RBI approval. we will notify you.

Now, there was also Saturday and Sunday in between.

23th Sept, monday (evng), They themselves sent a message: Update: you will get it tomorrow.

Okay, here on Monday morning, the RuPay gift card company's website was down again. I also made a complaint, and they fixed it within 5-6 hours. I received a reply to my email in 7 minutes, and when the website was up, they informed me within 1 minute (They emailed me within 1 minute of the site being up. I know this because I tried the website at that time and it didn't open. After a few seconds, I refreshed it, and it opened, You can say this is a kind of coincidence and then I received the email after 1 minute).

It seems I am the only customer of the entire company. 😬

24th Sept (evng), i ask any update, no reply received

25th Sept (today mrng), i ask again, they reply: i will get it close today. After today evng i received my RuPay gift card SMS.

Now, if someone wants to buy, then go ahead; otherwise, don't. Just don't keep saying that it hasn't been delivered. It can take upto 20 days to delivered.

Well, i think this RuPay gift card is not supported on wallet MCC.

Utility, Fastag etc supported.

The website's UI is a bit poor. If you have a big monitor, press CTRL + + to zoom in on the Chrome browser, and you'll see it. It's not a major problem; it might be a minor issue.

However, I wasn't able to see it on the Chrome mobile browser. If you have the same problem, log in on a desktop or laptop to check the card details.
