Supr Daily – good offers now and then, delivers at doorstep once every day around 7am. Pm for referral or if you have any specific questions

Plus point is early delivery. Flipkart is really really slow. You completed your first 5 orders already? 😮

Most importantly, less minimum value order. I was little skeptical in ordering fresh produce, but then the quality turned out to be good.

I had a complaint on my first order regarding the delivery. When contacted customer care, they took the delivery person on conf call and resolved right on the call.

It could likely be because their team is small, and because of fixed time delivery.

Dunzo is another option. I don’t prefer it as most products are on mrp and also have delivery fee. I only use it for vegetables/fruits occassionally using Amazon pay offer.

Jiomart

Just got a call off jiomart CC.
delivered items on 27th and found few missing when I have been fully billed. Even some veg were delivered half qty and feel it was intentional.
no response to online ticket so called CC fellow only assured action in next 48 hours.

So ticking off jiomart because this carelessness is common.

Pantry is rewarding only for SBI card holders & it takes like 3~5 day to deliver. This month I shopped groceries from Flipkart rather than amazon & they deliver next day. The good thing is flipkart warehouse in my same city & order can be deliver in same day unlike Amazon. The only cons of Flipkart grocery is having limited items.

but s/he does NOT want suggestions of big brands😔

my folks (actually ladies) directly get local kirana store to deliver even 5-6km from their shop!
(but my mom said that she ordered ₹3000+ and i am sure that the shop was making enough profit. so delivering would not be a big deal.)

Parents (father) placed first and i think only order in july or august 2020.
.
.
I never used it till a few months back in 2021 only.
Experience only with one order but mix of groceries, buckets, kitchen containers and fresh produce and order value was ₹900 plus (it was COD and i was not looking for any offers of ₹1000).
.
Kiwi were not to our liking. But then thst is what they had.
.
Raw turmeric bulbs (like ginger) was a little short.
Beet root was a little short (like if one orders 500gm.. they put two or three average size pieces and obviously do not add cut pieces).

but the store was sensible and even if COD order was say ₹950 .. the actual bill and payable was ₹915 or whatever.
.
One thing i noticed is that frontline agents are simply kids or people in need of money and that jio may be making them tske even Jio mobile services’ customer calls.
.
They, like any other CC (even Amazon) , simply fill forms or send a ping to the store or their next escalation matrix.
.
If instead (as with my second or third call for that order) one requests the voice staff to transfer the call to ‘escalations’.. then slightly more mature people are connected.
Some msy be young or even 45+ …but overall they mostly ensure that your area store people update them and/or your refund/ replacement is done.
.
for e-mails.. i only ever got the ticket number autoconfirmstion if i wrote to the nodal/ grievance related e-mail addresd.
Even if e-mails sent to basic address were replied, i was never given a ticket# for those.. by the system.
.
oddly/luckily, unlike in your case.. some (escl.) agents even spoke to the store (despite number being continuously busy) to have a replacement: wet turmeric and bath mugs sent.
And updated me on their (on her) own with half an hour (imcoming call to me).
.
But since some earlier ‘refund’ request might also eventually hit up the backend team.. in 7-8 days the refund also came in the jio website credits (i never checked or used those till now).
.
and the 1800 number on https://relianceretail.com too would easily help one get tge “mobile” numbers of your Poona/ local stores.
.
Or ask Jiomart Cc too.. they will give.
or some .. “nagar nigam lockdown help group” or typical watsapp uncle too might have/shared numbers of all Dmarts BigBazaars Reliance Fresh
.
Directly sorting it out with the store with a Mother India face (kya bhaiya.. aap log aisa karoge hamare saath?) usually sorts things out faster… i think.
.
This is not an advert for Jio. I ported out of Jio’s cellular neteork precisely because of them letting morons work in Cc.
.
but the e-mail team is piled up with backlog i think and disorganised.
I got two bath mugs as hand to hand exchsnge for the two wrong ones delivered. and i got ₹30 and ₹30 refund also (money is in thst so called jiomart wallet/ site only, and upon inquiring they said it is refund of the ₹15 each mugs/ bath mug.
.
It seems, one team/ initial refund request got processed (seen) a day or two after being raised.
.
But in the meantime some agent asked the store to replace my wrong item, with the store complied with.
.
.
Then some other team acted on some e-mail of mine (because they have to ‘resolve’ the pending tickets).. and did not bother to or did not have time to check if the item refund or replacement has happened.
.
also and i say this with fear .. that how easily it can be abused and must already being misused, three different agents.. two of them taking so called escalated transfer only.. CLEARLY CONFIRMED that in Jiomart.. in Beta phase at-least.. they are not doing reverse pickups of nominal items and per their definition, those are any/all items less than ₹500😮😳 (for non electronic items i think).
.
Thrice i had to throw a tantrum.. ki nshi.. msin tou woh nimbu jitne chotey Kiwi aur sookhi hsldi waapas store ko dikhwana chaahta hoon.
.
I persisted that i would rather have the effing incharge of Reliance Fresh see ..what their staff is doing.
But then the voice Cc (sensible agents) kept insisting that forget about fruit veggies or sugar packets (perishables) they (Jiomart,l are not even reverse picking up non edible items of 2-300rupees if ‘quality’ issue or damage is reported.
.
Then i tried throwing my weight around the store person’s number.
He and his manager confirmed that although they operate from Reliance Fresh premises (warehouse).. the managers of Local Reliance Fresh are not overseeing us.
If you got stale we turmeric: sorry, that is how the stock is.
Once it is security scanned ‘out’ of here.. i have no way to simply take it back “IN”.
He politely took my feedback that quality of Kiwi, haldi, beet root was suboptimal.
…. but he and me both knew.. that that feedback will do little to change the ground reality/ supplies.
.
.
@dharmanath481 i think that reporting quantity and/or quality issues DOES get them to immediately raise a refund request or reverse pick up request (if available).. so please check again
.
P.S.: but if receiving any unsealed replacement/ exchange.. always be cautiiys.. weigh or check the item first. (In pandemic.. many prefer not to touch stuff for 2-3 days).
Jiomart, like ATSPL Delhivery Swiggy, is contracting with random people for delivery.
➡️For the shortage in beet root.. the store person.. for some reason.. told me thst they are sending some 15rupees with the मग्गा/mugs and other exchange. but when the rascal who came to deliver/exchange said nothing till about to leave. I nudged him, aur kuch? and acted that i am dialling the store person as he had said something else too. THAT is when the delivery person said: aur aapke ye 15 rupiye bhi heiN.⬅️
