I am planning to buy an iPad within 30-35k, 128 gb...but i am not able to find 128 gb...any suggestions or recommendations.

You won't get 128 Gb variant in 9th and 10th gen
I suggest you to buy 9th gen(64gb) from Flipkart as it is cheapest there (20k - 23k) and get 64 gb SanDisk ixpand from jiomart or anywhere where it is cheap (1.8k) and get cable protector for ipad charging cable (as they are very fragile)
