No idea 22g
caffeine tablets and zma
As per science zma is good for sleep and recovery, is anyone trying that?
And both in powder or tablets form?

I don't eat any "tablet" without doctor's prescription unless it is OTC for something like cold or cough & well known. First time hearing about these "caffeine tablets". Also, nobody has ever become a doctor(at least a genuine one) by searching on google so stop doing that to find out latest "tablets" good for sleep/health.
Caffeine tablets, i guess all the fat burner have caffeine only so maybe that work for weight loss but for sure it may disbalance your sleep cycle.
And u should visit doc before consuming any pill and at the same time don't just believe ur doc blindly, some sell/prescribe due toh hugh commission.
And avoid some fancy stuff, and get back to basics, acha ghar ka khana and kam khana.
These seem to be FDA approved + no side-effects with limited dose
But i've never tried these personally, it is either tea/coffee (tea, most of the times)

Bhai why to rely on such short cuts when one can eat good natural foods. Most of the time these tablets, etc are hyped by marketing geniuses only, no real benefits.
Don't consume any sort of tablets/powder/supplement bro.

Paji these are otc like vitamins and are fda approved, if you check good brands.

Vitamins are not otc per se.

instead of ZMA take ashwgandha ksm-66
kukdookoo wrote:Nothing medical related, even otc, is always safe under all circumstances(ever read those "precautions" on back of paracetamol based tablets?). You are pointlessly asking about such stuff here because no doctor will give in writing a recommendation for these tablets without knowing your medical history & anyone else saying to go ahead with the tablets means nothing in terms of reliability.
Ofcourse recommendation is knowing patient history but my point was they are considered as safe to consume so on sale via otc
I practise shavasan for relaxation after exercise, it helps.

You are right but doctors recommend proteins and vitamins which are available as otc. Wanted to know about caffeine.
1. No idea about caffeine tablets.
2. Vitamins/minerals (micronutrients) deficiency causes health issues. But their excess (toxicity) is also harmful. One eg - an excess of one micronutrient can affect the absorption of another micronutrient, causing its deficiency. So, not advisable to keep munching on vitamins etc without any indications.
Lots of interactions take place in the body. Between drugs, between nutrients, between enzymes, between genes, and so on.
All those can be specific. One drug might increase the effect of another drug. Another might decrease another's effect. Some drugs are taken on empty stomach, some are taken with food which increase its absorption. Different drugs having specific time to be taken. Some drugs can be affecting the absorption of some vitamin, hence that vitamin supplement requiring to be prescribed alongwith the medication.
I guess you got the gist.
