Redgiraffe means genuine rent payments. So it should be fine. Haven’t tried though.
Keep in mind that redgiraffe payzapp payments are considered as insurance payments and there is limit on maximum reward points for insurance payments. So don’t exceed that in order to get points.

i will switch red giraffe to no broker and cred soon.

last month I paid to redgiraffe and my payment wasn’t processed by them due to some mismatch in bank account name. So, I did another transaction at nobroker for same owner. The refund from redgiraffe came after 20 days. I got reward points for both Transaction even after payment revert. And payzapp cashback from redgiraffe also stayed so far. So, technically also did 2 payments last month. Amount was less than 20K. Maybe for larger payments, they will ask.

How much chrgs applies? Wat is min rent amt? Wat ie cash back?

1% for nobroker, 0.48% for redgiraffe, 1.25% for Paytm. There are many others as well.
I don’t think there is any minimum amount. For cashback, there maybe some.
100 cashback is there for payment via payzapp from redgiraffe/nobroker/magicbricks. Apart from that, card reward points/cashback may apply based on card terms.
