Abhinav, there are many people who transfer cc limit to bank though you will lose some minimal amount as their fees but the transfer is instant.
PS – I have no idea who all rotate money like this. Hope this helps.

Best way is to add money in any wallet.. transfer to bank with min charges and then withdraw cash
