Is there any issue if someone wants to work 4-5 hours part time job along with his/her full time employment while working from home.
- Both jobs are from different field
- Both timings are different
- Payment in a different bank account
- Both jobs are WFH

You can do. A lot of people are already doing. Like having a youtube channel along with their MNC job. Or having a coaching classes in evening along with being a teacher in a school. So legally, law does not prohibit dual employment or one full time + one part time job. Though govt job is exception, as you cannot do other job/business if you're doing a govt full time job.
If you're working for an MNC, then check your offer letter. Companies tend to think that continuous part time work might get you exhausted and you might not be able to give your best towards your full time job. You might be sleepy, lazy etc. Hence they put some restrictions in their agreement (offer letter) with you. So do check that.
