Can I apply for icici platinum card if I already have Amazon icici credit card?

I have an Amazon pay icici credit card with just 22k credit limit.
Now I have got an HDFC credit card with a limit of 75k.
Can I apply for icici platinum credit card via card to card method?
If yes, then, will the increased limit on icici platinum card will be shared with amazon pay icici card too?

I did not try this.
But opened an icici bank account, waited for 6-7 months to get a pre approved cc offer.
Done.
