I think customer cannot himself install fully-automatic because tap connector etc is different?

Amazon and Flipkart reviews are graveyards of brave but unfortunate souls who tried to even plug in and switch on their new appliances and got their warranty voided by crafty companies.
Companies will do anything to shirk responsibility, especially online ones. I have repaired my laptop and desktop myself but do not touch new things bought online and wait for technician to set up.
It is not about knowing things, it is about being practical.
Wear a mask, maintain distance and use surface disinfectant once technicians are gone, you will be fine.

I have always installed my washing Machine myself. The Company representative comes after many days to give demo and sell unwanted accessories. Check the installation manual for exact process only tap installation part is tricky.

If purchased online, let technician show up, unpack and make sure everything is alright. Any transit damage or mfg defects are not covered if unpacked by end user.
