Cashback is only there on amazon that too user specific. On paytm u may get paytm firat points. And pay using rupay debit card and enjoy debit card rewards if your bank offers.
Besides hdfc platinum card has cashback.

Their terms are complicated, atleast the procedure to get the cashback. I suggest you to write/talk to them to find more info on it.
In my case (referred user) , I got 10 gems post signup, Once the payment is made, you need to redeem those 0 gems to get the cashback. It is 2% upto 1k, so best used if the card payment is minimum 50k.
