i made a flipkart order and the seller policy has no cancellation after 24 hours and it shipped on 10th ..if i refuse to accept delivery will i get a full refund ? flipkart customer care is helpless as allways

So , how to prove , you refused or order not delivered to you in case of prepaid orders on flipkart.
There’s no otp kind of thing to be shared with delivery parter .Is it .
They do deliver without otp.
Yesterday realme pad was delivered without otp.
I think depends on delivery guy.
But they insisted me for otp last month for pixel delivery
On the day of delivery once you get the out for delivery message, call that number and inform that you are out of station and won’t be coming for next 10 days and to return that delivery. You will receive an automated call after an hour or so to confirm to cancel the delivery. Once you confirm you will get full refund

yes i did get full refund..i did not wait for it to come out for delivery i called the customer service and explained and they cancelled from their end
Okay, I called them but the Flipkart customer care person says there is no cancellation option. should I decline at the time of delivery now?
