Should be fine, because the AC blast wont be so intense if you are travelling during the day time. Just ensure that you take enough warm wrapping, caps, socks for the baby to ensure he/she stays warm as needed.

Yes you can travel...
India Mai we parents and grandparents are afraid. Foreign country I have seen parents with newborn (just few days old) travelling with all sort of public transport.

Just keep ample clothing to wrap the baby in to keep warm; that should be enough

Keep lukewarm fluids in flask if baby takes them during that time... do not feed cold fluids while in ac.
Dunno if journey is over but applicable for future too...
