Can Reliance Jio deactivate my number within a week of recharge over

I have been regularly using my number within the recharge period. However, they have been regularly calling me for recharge and warning me of permanent deactivation if I don't recharge. And I just received call today that they will permanently deactivate my number today and give it to someone else if I don't recharge today.

They ARE trimming the flab which is non-performing.
But legally, they too are bound by the (90 days) rules.
As per the law of the land, it would be illegal if Reliance Jio deactivates your number within a week of the recharge pack/ service validity getting over.
I didn't recharged for 6 months and didn't faced issue. However local jio employees calling me for recharge to avoid disconnection

they (the frontline CSA, lowest of the lowest in the hierarchy) are simply doing an honest job, trying to better their lives, support themselves and their families.
they are not part of any of those fake IRS scam call centre (targeting North Americans), they are not trying to do UPI or other fraud with us here.
they just get a list of the names, the numbers and the severity of the number being dormant, so that they can read the relevant script to whoever receives the call.
as it is, sonetimes those receiving the call/s.. needlessly troll the CSAs, even if it makes the troller feel guilty later. (delicious-jatt, xuseronline, saymyname78, blueflash, sherlock, bikidas2060).
for the 4, 5, 6, 12 months that they are in such roles, the callers anyway draw lot of flak, WITHOUT IT BEING THEIR FAULT.
It is not like such feedback, threats or even any abuses affect the actual Reliance group people.
if one thinks from the perspective of the CSA (customer service associates), in such roles: often ladies,
all they are left with is to feel sorry for such people who go turbo on the call
and maybe many of those CSAs would 'let go' despite having to listen to such things, by convincing themselves that the person, the customer who is rile.. is rile on the company, not on the individual (not on the CSA).

those calls r not from real jio care guys, i just told them i'll do it but never do it, after doing this couple of times they dont bother me anymore at all
My jio sim is without recharge for past 4-5years I put occasionally in phone and it latches on to network within seconds.
