I don’t think it is possible anymore, last year friend tried paying a bill more than credit limit by adding fund in advance but txn was declined saying something like max monthly txn limit reached.

H. Overlimit fees – As a service gesture SBI Card may approve certain

transactions attempted by the cardholder which are over and above the

credit limit, please note that if the outstanding amount exceeds the

credit limit, an over-limit fee of 2.5 % of the over-limit amount or Rs.

600, whichever is higher will be levied. Over-limit status may also be

applied because of fees and/or interest charges. Over-limit fees will be

levied for every instance of the outstanding amount exceeding the

credit limit in a billing cycle.

My cousin paid cc bill of 20k through cred. But later SBI autodebited his account for that  20k as well. How can we get that amount back?

As per my knowledge its not possible as there is max transaction limit is set in the application and it cannot be more than Credit limit.
(Not tried but logically not possible)
