I have Thompson full hd smart tv. But I’m not impressed. Because it have lesser(1gb) ram due which tv runs with lag and also it have older softwares. It is unable to update. Within a year we have to get repaired this. YouTube doesn’t works.
In my opinion don’t purchase thompson

Kodak is crap. After sales service is by third party Jeeves Service. Pathetic experience. Mobile screencast doesn’t work. They couldn’t fix despite multiple attempts. Following up with Kodak since 3 months. TV still under warranty.

It’s still valid to buy a non smart tv and go for a mibox or firestick. Why?
TV last 8 years of full life.Thr android version max 2 years while tv’s from Thompson already obsolete with 1gb ram.
Mibox or firestick can be thrown in e-waste after 2 years and buy the latest one but not the tv.

I bought a 32 inch noble led tv from amazon 4 years back after discounts n offers cost me 8320. Surprisingly the panel turned out to be a samsung. Still working fine. Go for a plain tv not a smart tv in the unknown brand category. The old tech is d same for every brand.

My Sony bravio not working due to panel issue and service center told me 16K for new panel. Planning to buy 32 inch non smart tv as I already have fire tv stick. Suggest me cheap and good 32 inch non smart tv. I live in Hyderabad.

Urge to buy Kodak/Thomson will vanish after watching this video.

Lol…using micromax TV since 3-4 years. No problems. Don’t like color profiles though. Was able to calibrate by connecting PC.

Go for iffalcon tv. I’m personally using it. It offers on site after sales service also the picture quality and sound is way better than any other tv in this price range

Every brand displays are same but SD channel to HD or FHD channel scaling varies with brand and processing.
Choice is yours.

Guyz instead of going for cheap or mid range smart LEDs go for non smart LED and take Jio setbox if it is available in ur area. I am using 11 years old Philips 42" Full HD Led (120 hrtz refresh rate). Many yrs back I had purchased Chromecast and made by led smart. After firestick was launched purchased it and gave Chromecast to relative. But sound quality from firestick was not at all gud. Even with 5.1 full fledged Sony buleray home theater with tower speakers sound from firestick was bad. Cable TV sound was AVG to ok. Direct from buleray player ( MP3 from usb or dvd was awesome). Called Sony service guyz and many electricians. Changed HDMI cable twice and purchased high quality audio cable…but nothing worked and stopped listening to music or watching YouTube videos.

Last month after having problems with my cable boardband for 6 months finally changed to Jio fiber. Rs 1500 refundable security deposit with free modem+router box and free installation.

For set top box had to pay extra Rs 1,000. Was in two minds to buy it as I had firestick. But just went with it as it was 1K. OMG the sound quality from my Jio set topbox is as gud as sound from my buleray player. Crisp quality and deep bass in high volume even for YouTube videos. I am so happy with the audio quality which I was deprived from many yrs by firestick. Though Jio has wireless option as my set topbox is kept above modem they have connected both using a cable. May b that’s the reason sound quality is so good. Only con of Jio is they we can’t download new apps whichever we want as done in firestick. But all popular apps which most watch is available. So better buy a non smart TV and Jio set topbox with
