Can someone help me to reach hdfc customer care easily with some short cut keys?

Hdfc bank sent a renewal credit card last week while I was in my native place due to my sister’s engagement. So the card was returned back to them. They asked me to contact hdfc credit card customer care for further help on this issue.

Today I tried contacting them but I either couldn’t figure out or forget how to speak to the customer care executive by bypass all details in IVR.

Can someone help me to reach hdfc customer care easily with some short cut keys?

Just tweet by tagging HDFC & dm your number, HDFC will call you. You can also receive a call from HDFC though tagging HDFC on other social media.

Call 👉 18602676161. After choosing language
press 3—>press 6—>enter last 4 digits of your debit card(not credit card)—>press 1—>your dc pin to verify—>press 8. After that your call will connect to their cc department.

Also you can call your rm to ask if your card is there in your local branch.

I don’t know if this will work for all but you can try calling directly at this number – 1800-266-6262. No ivr directly connected to credit card support.

mostly all company’s IVR is bhool-bhulaiya…
IDFC and Amex easily allows to talk to executive…
